The annual fund provides over 60% of the Company's annual operating revenues, while ticket sales account for roughly a third of our income each season. Gifts of any amount are greatly appreciated and may be made by check, credit card or a gift of securities such as stocks or mutual funds. You may also consider making a gift in memory or honor of someone special.
The Impresario Circle was created in 2005 to recognize major donors who make a gift of $1,500 or more annually to Opera Birmingham. In addition to recognition in the season program, Impresario Circle members are honored at an exclusive annual dinner with the stars of one of our productions. A special keepsake remembrance is created each season for these generous contributors, as well. Please contact the Opera Birmingham office at 205-322-6737 for more information and to join the Impresario Circle.
Those individuals who indicate that a planned gift to Opera Birmingham is part of their estate plans will be recognized during their lifetimes as a member of the Bel Canto Society.
