Buying your performances
Ticket prices start at only $15 and are on the “honor system” based on the number of people watching the performance. Buy your performances early so you can get them on your calendar and plan your watch parties!
How do I purchase tickets to Opera Birmingham’s virtual performances?
Purchasing tickets for Opera Birmingham’s virtual performances is similar to purchasing tickets for our live performances. On the Opera Birmingham website, visit the webpage of the performance you are interested in purchasing and click “Buy Tickets.”
Can I get a refund if I missed my performances?
Tickets for Opera Birmingham’s virtual performances are non-refundable. You will have access to view them for 10 days.
Accessing your Performances
If you order tickets in advance of the premiere date:
Once you have purchased tickets, you will receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. On the premiere date you will receive another email letting you know that the video is available for viewing and providing you with a link and password to view the performance.
If you order tickets during the viewing dates:
Once you have purchased tickets, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the link and password to view the performance.
I just purchased tickets. Why can’t I watch my performance?
Events will not be available for viewing until the premiere date. They will be available for 10 days. The dates for viewing are shown on the webpage for each production.
How to watch this video
You can stream the performances on your computer, laptop, phone, tablet – any device with an internet connection! Simply follow the link and enter the password, which will both be provided to you in an email.
You may also watch it on your TV by connecting it to your MAC or PC with an HDMI cable or other streaming device. (Click here for details.)

When can I start watching my event?
