Opera Shots is our annual series of pop-up concerts throughout the community, held in unexpected places and designed to break down the stereotypes of opera. Opera Shots concerts feature members of the Opera Birmingham Chorus and surprise guest artists presenting an open-mic-style concert of the greatest hits of opera and musical theatre. This Opera Shots will take place as part of the Birmingham Museum of Arts’ Art on the Rocks event, and the performance will include selections ranging from Porgy and Bess and The Marriage of Figaro to My Fair Lady and Les Miserables.
